When can I expect my order?
Your order is prepared within 48 hours, as long as there is stock available with our suppliers.
Once the payment has been made, delivery in Europe takes 4 to 5 working days, and 4 to 9 working days for the rest of the world.
There may be further delays outside of Europe if there are additional controls on parcel deliveries.
Do I have to pay border charges?
Outside Europe, there may be applicable border charges.
Charges are payable by the recipient of the delivery.
Non-payment of border charges does not constitute a valid reason for returning the order to Belgium at Home.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro via our partner Bluepaid, secure online payment or by bank transfer with the n° BE75 3630 7204 3051 to Creapix-Belgium at home.
Please note that the order will only be processed once the payment is received.
What if I want to order a product that is not in the Belgium at Home catalogue?
No problem.By going to the “Special orders” tab, you are invited to complete a form where you can make a special request.
Belgium at Home will do everything in its power to cater for such requests.
What if my goods are damaged?
You must open the package immediately upon reception, check the contents with the delivery agent and inform the delivery agent of the damaged items and the comments to be included on the goods receipt. The client must also inform Belgium at Home by email within 24 hours of the signature of the goods receipt.
Should any of the items in the delivered package be damaged without any appearance of damage to the outside of the parcel, the client must inform Belgium at Home by email within 6 hours of the signature of the goods receipt. Photographic evidence is desirable.
The complaint will be registration after receipt of the email notification and verification with the delivery agent. In all circumstances, as long as the aforementioned procedures are followed, Belgium at Home will reimburse any damaged items within 15 days of the registration of the complaint.
Can my order be sent to another country?
Would you like to send a parcel as a gift to someone who lives in a different country to you? No problem, by going to the “my account” tab, you have the possibility to ask for a different delivery address all the while keeping your billing address.
Do I need to register immediately?
You are able to navigate on the site and load your shopping basket without being registered. However, in order to proceed with placing an order, you will be invited to log-in or create an account. Your articles will remain in your shopping basket.
